Day 2

So I completed 2 days of my 4 day trek, walked an impossible 22 kms in 2 days, 2 more days to go, can’t wait to weight myself when I get back I had a chance to take a bus back and I jumped at it until the universe had other plans Every bone, every muscle in my body is aching, but I feel good, though I think I have asthma now, yesterday I had 2 panic attacks while steep climbing, my bag was heavy pressing against my chest, I’ve been having trouble sleeping, heavy breathing, plan to have myself checked out, this trek is very hard on my body, today even if I climb a flight of stairs I am exhausted and my breathing gets fast and I get breathless

Last night I ate the yummiest cauliflower soup, its like I earned my dinner by walking the hardest 10 kms I have ever walked in my life!!! Wanna lose weight? Start trekking with friends… If I do manage to walk 55 kms in 4 days, my butt better make its way in
